George Clooney Amal Alamuddin Wedding

Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie did not attend the recent wedding of George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin's four-day wedding celebrations throughout Venice over the weekend. It turned out that this A-list celebrity couple was not able to show up for the wedding because they both got held up on set.

Brangelina has also gotten tied the knot just last month. Apparently, this new husband-and-wife tandem is busy working on their 2nd movie together, "By the Sea" in Malta. According to multiple online reports, they could not tear themselves away from the shoot. However, they did send their regards for the newlyweds by sending a full case of their Miraval wine, their own award-winning wine from their French estate.

George Clooney has finally given up his status as a bachelor as he gave his wedding vows to British human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin. Because of the close relationship between Clooney and Pitt, many were quick to assume that the male star of "Mr. and Mr. Smith" would be the event's best man. The best man was Randy Gerber, who is the husband of Cindy Crawford.

Contrary to what some tabloids have reported, there are actually no hard feelings between these two male celebrities. Brad Pitt just simply could not make it. A source revealed to E! News, "Both of them have worked on movies where this sort of issue has come up, and so has George. So, of course, he'll completely understand and not feel snubbed by them or anything like that. This movie is such a great project for Brad and Angie and they have to stay focused and in the zone."

Moreover, according to multiple sources, Brangelina loves Alamuddin, who only started to date Clooney a year ago. In fact, they both thought that she was the perfect match for their celebrity buddy.
