Dragons Dogma 2 could be a PS4 exclusive if the reports are to be believed.

Good news for fans of Dragons Dogma as Dragons Dogma 2 has been confirmed.

Gamers over at PSN Profiles have rejoiced over news of Dragons Dogma 2 being confirmed by one of their users.

User Omegarevan from PSN profiles even exclaimed "I hope there's a sequel. It really deserves one, and with fixes from the first one it could be 10/10 material." Upon hearing the news of Dragons Dogma 2 being confirmed.

In a report by VG 24/7 and Dualshockers, Dragon's Dogma Game Director Hideaki Itsuno has confirmed that he has some ideas for Dragons Dogma 2 and even exclaimed that it would be on PS4:

"In my head, I have a story and setting for the next one, but it's not one that can be easily done... (laughs). For example, voices say "coming for PS4!" and it seems to happen quite a whole lot. The possibility to be able to make it might to be growing (laughs)."

"In addition to that, I want to also make a miniature garden simulation, as well as make more games for (established) series such as "Rival Schools 3" and "Devil May Cry 5." Later on, I would even like to make a game that captures authentic fighting and, such as Street Fighter II did, to develop a new genre of fighting games."

"Inside of me there are a lot of things I want to make, and because there are already concepts, there might be a chance! I have this feeling (laughs)."

With Sony and Microsoft grabbing exclusivity deals left and right, Dragons Dogma 2 being a PS4 exclusive isn't such a hard feeling to believe in. And with Tokyo Game Show 2014, fans could expect and official announcement from Capcom soon.

It should be noted though that Dragons Dogma sold more on PS3 than the Xbox 360.

But what do you think? Is Dragons Dogma 2 being a PS4 exclusive a good idea? What about a Dragons Dogma 2 PC version along with the original game? Sound off in the comments below!
