Nicole Kidman's father's death doesn't get in the way of her commitments, as Keith Urban's wife also changed her hair color which could signal a new beginning for the "Grace of Monaco" star.
Tom Cruise's ex on Thursday attended the launch of Omega's De Ville Prestige Butterfly watch in South Korea with an obvious change, said MailOnline. It was the first time that she was photographed in an official function following Nicole Kidman's father's death.
"She is known for her ginger mop of corkscrew curls, which later became a sleek, smooth style," the British tabloid said. "But grieving Nicole Kidman swapped her usual high-maintenance look for bright blonde look in South Korea on Thursday."
The 47-year-old actress was also accompanied by her husband Keith Urban, which should put to rest all those divorce rumors.
Dr. Anthony Kidman died of a heart attack while he was in Singapore visiting Nicole Kidman's sister. He was a clinical psychologist and Director of the Health Psychology Unit at Sydney's Royal North Shore Hospital.
Nicole Kidman wrote on her Facebook after the funeral: "We would just like to thank everyone for their love and prayers over these past couple of weeks."
During the eulogy, she counted herself very lucky to be her father's daughter. "The only regret he'd have is that he's not here to see his beautiful grandchildren grow up, and that he's not here to take care of [my mother] Jay."
However, Nicole Kidman's father's death seems to have caused a rift between the actress and her adopted kids, Connor and Isabella.
Quoting National Enquirer, gossip site Radar Online said her children were nowhere in sight when their grandfather, Dr. Anthony Kidman, was buried on September 18.
"It must have been crushing for Nicole not to have Connor and Isabella there. I think it's sad the kids stayed away at Nicole's time of need," a source told the tabloid.
