Charlie Sheen lawsuit charges were filed after a horrible dentist visit!
According to People, Margarita Palestino, a Los Angeles dental technician, sued Sheen for charges of assault, battery, sexual battery and emotional distress compensation in a violent encounter on Sept. 25. The actor allegedly dropped by the dental office where Palestino worked to seek treatment services for an abscess.
Palestino claimed that Sheen was under the influence of crack cocaine, Theradol and alcohol when he sought treatment at the dental office.
According to the papers filed by Palestino on Friday at the Superior Court of the State of California, Palestino was helping Drs. Bogen and Jaime Azdair in the clinic.
Sheen immediately went ballistic and violently took off the nitrous oxide mask that he had on, and yelled obscene and threatening words.
After Bogen requested Sheen to put the mask back on, People reported, the Charlie Sheen lawsuit papers indicated the actor tried to forcefully remove Palestino's bra. Palestino allegedly left the room to get away from the actor when she was able to break free of him.
Palestino stated in the Charlie Sheen lawsuit documents that the actor tried to scare Azdair with a knife. Later on, Palestino found the room in a mess. The actor also spitted on the clinic's walls.
People reported that the Charlie Sheen lawsuit also indicated that the actor declined to absorb the topical anesthetic and:
"violently bolted out of the dental chair, and forcefully punched [Palestino's] chest."
After the ugly incident took place, Sheen's personal assistant and bodyguard gave Palestino $500 telling her:
"This is for your troubles."
The dental technician wanted a trial by jury to take place.
People reported though, that the actor's publicist claimed their client found the gas at the dentist's clinic to have had adverse effects on him. The publicist did not admit to the involvement of knife and illegal drugs in the encounter.
