Leann Rimes news reported that the "I Need You" diva is being accused of bullying her former housekeeper. According to a report from TMZ, the country singer and her husband Eddie Cibrian are facing a lawsuit from a woman who claims she was called a "fat old lady".
The maid, named Gloria Cevallos claims she suffered while working for the reality TV couple, particularly when she was called a "fat old lady" and "old Salvadoran b****" by other housekeepers.
TMZ added that Leann Rimes' mother-in-law, Hortensia, was also dragged in the lawsuit after allegedly ordering Eddie Cibrian to "fire one of the employees to make them pay for the state of the house".
Leann Rimes news reveals that the former maid is demanding money from the Grammy-winning singer because she was verbally abused.
The lawsuit also demands for the couple to continue paying Gloria Cevallos until she secures a new job.
Included in the report is that the chart-topper's mother-in-law, Hortensia, was also listed in the suit after being overheard complaining about the ex-staff member.
Prior to the ex-maid's lawsuit, LeAnn Rimes was recently slammed after joking about rape and virginity with the late Joan Rivers. According to a report from Us Magazine, the late "In Bed With Joan" host asked the 32-year-old singer about losing her virginity.
The "How Do I Live" singer answered: "I was in Monte Carlo and I was 15?"
LeAnn Rimes added: "I know, it's kind of a bulls--- story. I was 16. There you go."
LeAnn Rimes then revealed: "Well, he was my boyfriend for like three and a half years. He was fine. I think I raped him. I think that's how it happened."
The LeAnn Rimes rape joke made news soon after she delivered it, as people slammed her online for poking fun at such a sensitive issue.
