Kate Upton news reported that after her nude photo leak, the "Sports Illustrated" model was still game enough to appear topless for a shoe endorsement.

According to a report from The Examiner, Kate Upton's topless images, apart from those from her nude photo leak, were released by a shoe brand named Sam Edelman.

The campaign images showed the curvy model in bed holding a Sam Edelman shoe. The accessory is held close to her face as she gazes to the camera.

Huffington Post reported that Kate Upton is currently part of a huge nude photo leak that has victimized celebrities such as Jennifer Lawrence, Anna Kendrick, and Arianna Grande. A rep for the 22-year-old model has issued a statement, which described the scandal as "an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy."

"We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible," Kate Upton's statement read.

Huffington Post reported that other celebrities involved with Kate Upton in the nude photo leak have also issued their respective statements.

Academy winner Jennifer Lawrence spoke through a rep, who described the nude photo leak as "a flagrant violation of privacy." The "Hunger Games" star's rep said: "The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."

Former child star Victoria Justice said: "These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*"

Singer-actress Ariana Grande also spoke through a rep claiming the explicit photos of her are "completely fake."

Actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead took to Twitter her disappointment over the nude photo scandal. "To those of you looking at photos I took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home, hope you feel great about yourselves."

Mary Elizabeth Winstead added, reported by Huffington Post: "Knowing those photos were deleted long ago, I can only imagine the creepy effort that went into this. Feeling for everyone who got hacked."
