"Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Rita Ora is said to write a song for Burberry, which is targeted as their new move to get down with the kids. The "I Will Never Let You Down" singer also greeted her co-star Dakota Johnson on her birthday through an Instagram post.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Rita Ora was chosen by Burberry to "sing for the brand." According to Burberry, the 23-year-old "I Will Never Let You Down" singer will also pen their song.
Per Gulf News, this will be the first of many "multi-sensory" collaborations between the top designer brand and the young generations.
An insider told the Daily Mail that the top fashion brand wanted the "How We Do" singer to incorporate more music in their campaigns.
"They want models who bring something more - someone like Rita," the source also added.
Burberry is currently being endorsed by top British catwalk beauty Cara Delevingne and supermodel Kate Moss.
Meanwhile, Just Jared reported that "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast Rita Ora just greeted her co-star Dakota Johnson through photo-sharing site Instagram.
"I Will Never Let You Down" singer Rita Ora said in her post, "Happy birthday miss Dakota! Rita loves ya!! #50shadesquad."
She accompanied the greeting with an Instagram selfie.
That same day, Rita Ora and new boyfriend Ricky Hil were seen leaving the Lowry Hotel in England.
Rita Ora and Tommy Hilfiger's rapper son hit it off in a chance meeting in Hollywood weeks after the "Fifty Shades of Grey" star split with DJ and producer Calvin Harris.
It was reported that Rita Ora that despite the split, a rift is still in the horizon of the the couple as the "Fifty Shades of Grey" cast was seeking the right for her to perform "I Will Never Let You Down." The song was reportedly written by DJ Calvin Harris.
She was also allegedly banned from performing the said song at the Teen Choice Awards 2014 following her split with the "Blame" producer.
