'Hotel Transylvania 2' Release Date Set For September 25, 2015; Adam Sandler And Selena Gomez To Reprise Roles For Next Installment; Genndy Tartakovsky Still The Director

Although "The Ridiculous 6" won't happen anymore, there are more movies of Adam Sandler which are in the works. Release dates for some of these films are already announced.

One of the successful animated movies in 2012 is "Hotel Transylvania". It was released on September 28, 2012 in US and its box office earnings reached $358,375,603. The estimated budget of this animated film cost $85 million.

The lead voice actors are Adam Sandler as Count Dracula, Andy Samberg as Jonathan ("Johnnystein"), love interest of Mavis and Selena Gomez as Mavis, Dracula's 118-year-old "teenage" vampire daughter.

Due to the successful movie launching and box office, Sony Pictures decided to make a sequel for the film.

"Hotel Transylvania 2" release date is set for September 25, 2015. Voice actors to reprise roles are "Longest Yard" actor, Adam Sandler and pop star Selena Gomez. Another confirmed voice actor is David Spade as Griffin the Invisible Man. The director of the first installment Genndy Tartakovsky is also returning to helm the film.

As of the moment, the plot and other voice casts for the second installment are not yet revealed.

Aside from "Hotel Transylvania 2", "The Anger Management" actor, Adam Sandler will also appear on "Pixels". This movie will hit theaters on July 24, 2015 .

Meanwhile, Selena Gomez also appears in "Rudderless", a musical-drama film that will hit theaters on October 17, 2014 (USA).
