"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has been accused of giving her son Kaiser a black eye according to Wetpaint.

Fans on Twitter reportedly took notice of bruises around Kaiser's eye and even called CPS expressing their concern for the baby boy.

"U guys are seriously accusing me of giving Kai a black eye? Wtf is wrong with all of u. CALL CPS. I dare u, idiots," tweeted Jenelle Evans as the accusations started rolling in.

The reality television star added, "I've spoken with CPS everything is perfectly fine."

Like she does with many accusations regarding her parenting skills, Evans decided to make fun of the recent situation.

"Me and Nathan's mom just got finished laughing at u haters. She's like 'Even if Kai did have a black eye. . .Would u REALLY be posting it?!," tweeted the mother of two.

Now that season 5 of "Teen Mom 2" has come to a close, Jenelle Evans and the rest of the cast got together for a reunion, where each of the moms shared their biggest regrets.

Evans' reportedly stated that her biggest regret was her boyfriend Nathan's recent DUI because both her and Nathan and tired of hearing about it constantly, according to HollywoodLife. The 22-year-old reportedly stated that it's all anyone talks about when the couple is interacting with their fans online.

Despite the criticism that the couple continues to receive, the young parents are making an attempt to change for the better by reportedly deciding to quit smoking, according to The Inquisitr.

"Me and [Nathan] switched to a vapor cig. Our opinion? We love it and haven't touched a cig since!," stated Evans.
