Good news anime fans as a new trailer for Sword Art Online season 2 has been revealed.
The Dengeki website has streamed the teaser trailer of the next arc of Sword Art Online called "Calibur". The Calibur arc revolves around Kirito and his friends in a quest to find the legendary sword Excalibur, and video features a new opening theme titled "Courage" by Haruka Tomatsu. The video also debuted at the Dengeki Bunko Fall Festival event last Sunday
That's not all, new character concept images for the new arcs have been revealed.
Crunchyroll has reported that the concept art images of Sinon, and Yuuki for ALfheim Online have been featured in the a Japanese magazine. Here are the photos below.
The first trailer of SAO 2 was first streamed the SAO Facebook last week as Anime News Network has reported that the Calibur arc will be shown on October 18 on Tokyo MX and other stations, while the Mother's Rosary arc will be will be shown on November 8, 2014. The trailer will also feature the a new ending theme by Japanese Pop singer LiSa.
The first part of Sword Art Online season 2 has been focused on the Phantom Bullet arc as Kirito goes to Gun Gale Online to investigate a series of murders that are linked with the assassination features of the game. From there he will encounter the female sniper Sinon, who will soon to be his future rival and friend/ally in GGO. With Death Gun captured and put to justice, Kirito's mission was a success at the same time Sinon has overcome her fears, and begins to join Kirito and his friends in his adventures.
