Good girls get rewards. That's exactly what happened to Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood, Luke Clemmings and Michael Clifford's fans.
5 Seconds Of Summer's 'Good Girls' music video has finally been released!
The four Australian heartthrobs show their acting talents in the new clip. They are commissioned to help reform "bad girls" by playing classical musical. Equipped with violins, cellos, vests and ties, they talk about how great a good girl is to the headmaster.
"Good girls are just bad girls that haven't been caught," the uptight headmaster tells the boys, echoing the song's lyrics.
They don't actually play classical music, though. Instead, they drag their instruments to the grounds, hack into the school sound system and cause chaos throughout the prison-like reform school with the pop punk song.
5 Seconds Of Summer's 'Good Girls' had been teased several times on social media. Prior to the video release on October 10, Ashton Irwin posted the artwork for 'Good Girls' on Twitter.
The 20-year-old drummer tweeted, "Do you like the good girls artwork I drew it with a pen backstage at jimmy Fallon. [I] wanted it to look like the drawings on my old school books."
They also performed the latest single, along with 'Amnesia' during the 'The Tonight Show With Jimmy Falon.'
On the day that the video was released, the band wrote on Facebook, "Here is the music video for 'GOOD GIRLS'. We take over a school and cause some chaos... Hope you like it."
5SOS will be going on their own tour after opening for One Direction's concerts. 'Rock Out With Your Socks Out' will start next year after One Direction's 'Where We Are' tour.
Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson aren't just helping out their friends. One Direction is said to have invested financially in their Australian counterpart.
