Brand new clips have surfaced for 'Grimm' season 4!
These videos feature Officer Wu (Reggie Lee) asking Nick Burkhardt (David Guintoli) about the diary he found in Trubel's (Jacqueline Toboni) room.
Last season, Wu had his own encounter with a monster and even got institutionalized for the trauma he experienced from dealing with an Aswang. Despite the nightmares and recurring memories, Nick convinced him that everything he saw was just a figment of his imagination.
During the finale, however, Wu finds one of the Grimm diaries and instantly connects it to what happened to him.
Nick and Hank (Russell Honsby) manage to brush the questioning off but Wu isn't fully satisfied. Will he be able to find out about Nick's real identity soon? If he does, having Wu as another ally would be a great help to Nick and Hank especially in solving the cases involving Wesens.
Meanwhile, Nick lost his Grimm powers in the last season after being tricked by Adalind. He will have a harder time solving crimes but according to Fashion and Style, Nick won't be too eager to get his abilities back.
"This is much better for his personal life," the actor explained. "After a long and bumpy road, he and his girlfriend, Juliette, are finally in a true partnership. They don't need this Grimm stuff causing emotional chaos. There's no way Nick will lose Juliette again. He'll just have to fight crime the old-fashioned way."
Executive producer David Greenwalt also mentioned the prolonged loss.
"This will go on longer than the zombie thing," the EP further shared. "But not just interminably. Long enough to really mine the issues around it."
Will Nick want to get his Grimm powers back or will he opt to remain "normal" for Juliette? Viewers will find out soon when 'Grimm' season 4 premieres on October 24 on NBC.
