Google has finally released the new Nexus smartphone, and with its release, tech junkies flock the internet to search for the official Nexus 6 specs.
According to PC Mag, the new mobile device will sport some noteworthy features.
"The 6-inch Nexus 6, made by Motorola, sports a Quad HD display, a 13-megapixel camera (with Optical Image Stabilization and HDR+), and dual front-facing stereo speakers. It also comes with a 3,220mAh battery, plus a Turbo Charger for up to six hours of use with only 15 minutes of charge."
But the most exciting update would be its new OS. Along with the launch of the new Nexus, Google also announced the newest version of its mobile OS- the Android 5.0 Lollipop.
It was earlier presumed that the new Android OS will be called Android 5.0 Lemon Meringue Pie. Frank Mobile on Benzinga gives a lowdown on the newest Android OS update.
"Firstly, it is much faster and will last longer than previous models."
"Battery life is extensive as well. Lemon Meringue Pie will also keep devices safe with Google Play Services dispensing six weekly updates for system patches and latest malware definitions."
"It also has a kill-switch that will remotely wipe or disable a stolen or lost device."
Nexus 6 specs news claim that the device will be ready for pre-order later this month. PC Mag offered more details:
"Nexus 6 will be available to pre-order through the Google Play Store later this month. It comes in Midnight Blue or Cloud White, with the option for 32GB or 64GB of storage, starting at $649."
