Which Apple device is the better choice for consumers? We compare the iPhone 5S and the iPad Mini 2 to see which is worth the purchase.

It has a 1GB of RAM and multiple options of internal memory: 16GB, 32GB and 64GB (the device does not have a microSD slot, which means that the memory is not expandable) and it runs on the iOS 7.

For the battery usage and camera specs, the iPad Mini 2 comes with a Li-Po 23.8 Wh battery unit, while the iPhone 5S has a Li-Po 1560 mAh battery. The iPhone 5S has an 8MP rear-facing camera that features dual LED flash and autofocus, while the iPad Mini 2 has a 5MP camera that features autofocus. Both Apple devices show off a 1.2MP front-facing camera.
The iPhone 5S (16 GB) cost $449.00 while the 64 GB variant is at $740.00. Meanwhile, the iPad Mini 2 (16 GB) is at $297.25, as the 128 GB variant costs around $345.99.
