Reportedly, GottaBeMobile know that pre-orders have always mentioned October 23rd as its ship by date and that Amazon's Verizon Note 4 pre-orders point to an arrival a week after AT&T and Sprint. October 23 and October 24 make the most sense though they should not be considered official.
According to reports, Verizon is still taking Galaxy Note 4 pre-orders through its website even it has not given any official date of release yet. The black Galaxy Note 4 is still listed with an October 23 ship by date though the white model is listed with a ship by date on Halloween.

The first uses Samsung's own Exynos 5433 octa-core CPU, with four cores running at 1.9GHz and four cores running at 1.3GHz, while the other handset uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core chip - making it the first Android handset to do so. It runs at a massive 2.7GHz, blitzing the SunSpider Javascript benchmark in around 360ms.
