According to new reports about 'Dancing with the Stars' reigning champs, Maksim Chmerkovskiy Dating Meryl Davis, recently decided to double date with Maksim's brother Val and Janel. The date was a 'celebratory dinner' for Meryl, who won the 'Sportswoman of the Year' honor from the Women's Sports Foundation.'
Reports say that both Meryl and Maksim were dressed casually and the celebration was low key with just a couple of 'close pals' for a nice meal at the Ink Restaurant, a prominent Melrose Av. eating place in LA. Maks later took to Twitter posting pictures of the 'Celebratory dinner with this Sportswoman Of The Year! @meryledavis.' In another photo caption, he labeled the event 'Family Dinner.'
Though technically the evening was not a 'double date' since there were other friends present at the restaurant, reports describe the event as 'nice meal out' for Chmerkovskiy brothers and their partners, Janel and Meryl. The Daily Mail titled their report about the couple, "Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis sharing cosy meal.'
The Mail added, "The night before the Olympic Ice Dancing gold medalist was honored with the Sportswoman of the Year Awards at the Women's Sports Foundation's 35th Annual Salute to Women in Sport's Awards. She posed with her crystal award alongside her Olympic partner Charlie White."
Reports also confirm that Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish, Val Chmerkovskiy's dance partner for Season 19 recently broke up with her ex, Payson Lewis on Instagram, possibly over her closeness to Val.
Janel didn't appear to be upset by the demise of the Payson-Janel relationship. She posted this Instagram seven hours after breaking up with Payson: "So much happy @iamvalc @meryledavis @maksimc@sergeonik @hollywoodmerv," Hollywoodlife.com reports. Another photo taken with Janel, Val and Meryl Davis captioned, "Dinner with these awesome people @iamvalc@meryledavis."
