Lamar Odom hasn't been having the best year.

The 34-year-old NBA player is facing divorce papers from his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian and he's not taking it too well, according to the NY Daily News.

"Khloe can't even get in touch with him right now," an insider told Us Weekly.

A second source added, "He refuses to sign the divorce papers."

Khloe Kardashian had reportedly filed divorce papers more than 10 months ago after the former basketball star allegedly cheated. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has clearly moved on from her days with Lamar Odom as she recently ended her eight month relationship with rapper French Montana in September.

Aside from accepting his divorce and the fact that his reality television star wife might have really moved on, Lamar Odom has reportedly been keeping a low profile after being cut from the New York Knicks over the summer for not upholding "the standards to return as an NBA player," Knicks president Phil Jackson said in a statement.

He added, "We found it necessary to free up the roster spot."

A source for the entertainment magazine stated that he was "not doing great" and wasn't fully committed to getting back on the court and playing.

"Everyone was hoping that what went down with Khloe would see him rededicate himself to training and getting in shape for the season, but he seems to be only half in it," the insider had stated back in July.
