Agents of SHIELD spoiler alert: fans will see Mockingbird in full costume on the next episode of Marvel's ongoing TV series.

Bobbi Morse's first appearance isn't exactly an Agents of SHIELD spoiler, but fans still wondered when the character (played by Adrianne Palicki) gets to finally wear the Mockingbird outfit. The character is confirmed, with a sneak peek at the full costume to boot.

Morse's cover was blown in last week's episode, revealed as an undercover SHIELD agent under Coulson's wing. The red outfit Palicki wore on the episode didn't exactly meet fan expectations, but will be resolved next week as Morse suits up in the Mockingbird outfit.

Executive producer Jed Whedon comments on Morse's character: "Bobbi Morse is a well-seasoned spy whose ability to slip in and out of undercover situations seamlessly will prove invaluable to our team. But her appearance comes as a gut-punch to Hunter, as the history they share is complicated to say the least."

Bobbi Morse is an Avenger in the Marvel graphic novel series; costume designer Ann Foley offered insight on the test suit for Palicki, based on an initial concept of a blonde Morse, a contrast from the more vampy type character which made it to the show.

"I looked at all of her comic appearances and really wanted to try to bring elements of the look from the comics into the costume that we're doing now for the show because I know it's important to the fans. It's important to me to keep certain elements, but we had to change it, obviously, for practicality, because it had to fit into our world. It had to have a kind of tactical feeling to it too so that it made sense in our universe."
