Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Release Date and Specs: The latest smart gadget from Samsung is now listed as coming soon. According to Tech Times, Samsung has listed the Verizon Galaxy Note 4 Developer Edition in its online store. Reportedly, the "Note 4 Developer Edition is the same 5.7-inch Quad HD display phablet Verizon is currently selling off contract for $699, but includes an unlockable bootloader."

The same report noted that Samsung has priced the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Developer Edition $662.53. This is $30 lower than the Verizon non-developer Note 4 off contract. The Verizon Note 4 Developer Edition is reportedly waiting for FCC approval that's why Samsung can't sell it yet.

Meanwhile, GottBeMobile reported that Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release problems continue in the United States. Stocks of the 4th generation Galaxy Note remains "extremely uneven."

Verizon reportedly released the Galaxy Note 4 on October 23. However, GottBeMobile said that the release date is "still very troubled" noting that Verizon is "still not offering the white Galaxy Note 4, Amazon is still not taking any orders for the white or black models and Best Buy is sold out of both models online."

"Best Buy is currently sold out of the Sprint Galaxy Note 4 online, same with Costco. We've also heard that some Best Buy locations, including locations with Samsung Experience pop up shops, never got any AT&T or Sprint Galaxy Note 4 stock. Those, especially the Sprint model, appear to be in short supply," the online tech publication reported.

Reportedly, release problems happen in the past but the company was able to keep up but this time it seems to be a different story.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 according to Expert Reviews has delivered with two different high-powered models. The first uses Samsung's own Exynos 5433 octa-core CPU, with four cores running at 1.9GHz and four cores running at 1.3GHz, while the other handset uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core chip - making it the first Android handset to do so. It runs at a massive 2.7GHz, blitzing the SunSpider Javascript benchmark in around 360ms.
