Carrie Underwood pregnant news recently reported that the "Something In The Water" singer is still working out. According to a report from People, the country star's trainer has shared fitness tips for expecting moms.
Fitness explert Erin Oprea, who supervises the toned body of the former "American Idol" winner, described the singer as "a champ" .
Erin Oprea explained how working out could be safe even while Carrie Underwood is pregnant. "We're going for lighter weight, higher reps," she said.
The singer's trainer also added: "Eating 'clean' and staying hydrated are the other keys to maintaining that fit physique."
The report from People listed Carrie Underwood's pregnant exercises, which includes leg lunges, arm curls, and shoulder toning exercises.
If being pregnant has not stopped Carrie Underwood from working out, it also appears to have not affected her winning streak in music.
According to a report from NewsOk, Carrie Underwood's new song "Something In The Water" was released by the country superstar as the first single off her upcoming album entitled "Greatest Hits: Decade #1."
The single reportedly earned more than 124,000 digital sales since it was released last September 29, making it the the highest first-week sales tally of the singer's career.
According to NewsOk, it was also the best opening-week sales for this year done by any female country singer.
Carrie Underwood's new track while pregnant also made history at Mediabase. The report stated that it gathered 144 total stations on impact date.
"Something In The Water" has also totalled an astounding 157 first-week stations on board. Reporting stations included Billboard and Country Aircheck, said NewsOk.
According to Mediabase's country airplay chart, Carrie Underwood's new single is also close to being the highest debut of any artist for 2014.

Carrie Underwood revealed she is pregnant by uploading to photo sharing site Instagram a picture of herself sitting with her two pet dogs, Ace and Penny. In the photo, the dogs of the former American Idol champion were wearing t-shirts: one saying "I'm going to be a big brother" and the other "'I'm going to be a big sister".
The blonde singer captioned the photo: "In honor of "Labor" Day...Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement. Their parents couldn't be happier!"
