The 2015 People's Choice Award is officially opened for fans for nominee voting in 54 categories on music, movie, and TV until October 30 (11:59 P.M. ET/8:59 P.M. PT).
"The Walking Dead" actors Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus are in the nominee list on Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actor category along with Jensen, Ackles, Stephen Amell, Josh Dallas, Peter Dinklage, Omar Epps, Clark Gregg, Kit Harington, Joseph Morgan, Tom Mison, Jared Padalecki, Tyler Posey, Ian Somerhalder, and Paul Wesley.
If the two actors are nominees, then their fans are also the reason why "The Walking Dead" is currently included in the nominees for the Favorite TV Show category. Other TV shows are "American Horror Story", "American Idol", "The Bachelor", "The Big Bang Theory", "The Blacklist", "Family Guy", Game of Thrones", "Grey's Anatomy", "Modern Family", "NCIS", Once Upon a Time", "Scandal" "Sons of Anarchy", and "The Voice".
Perhaps the change of character of Carol in "The Walking Dead" brought Melissa McBride as one of the nominees in Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy Actress along with her co-star Danai Gurira, who plays Michonne. They will compete with Nicole Beharie, Halle Berry, Emilia Clarke, Nina Dobrev, Ginnifer Goodwin, Eva Green, Lena Headey, Kristin Kreuk, Jessica Lange, Tatiana Maslany, Ming-Na Wen, Jennifer Morrison, and Sarah Paulson.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence and Julianne Moore are both nominees for Favorite Movie Actress. Lawrence is also nominated for Favorite Action Movie Actress, and Moore for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress.
Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith are both in the Favorite Album category nominee list.
Fans have to vote to make sure that their bets reach the top five who will become the official nominees. The top five selected for each category will be announced during the press conference of People's Choice Award on November 4 at Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills.
The 2015 People's Choice Award winners will be revealed on January 7, 2015 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.
