Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard undaunted by the nude photo and video leak as the couple's wedding is reportedly set in December.

In a report from Celebrity Dirty Laundry, citing the print edition of the British magazine Globe, "Johnny is planning on marrying Amber this coming December and since he feels incredibly secure in their relationship, he sees absolutely no need for a prenuptial agreement."

The prenup has reportedly become the bone of contention between Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard and his ex, Vanessa Paradis.

Last month, the website explained that, "If Johnny and Amber have children and no prenup is in place, then Vanessa (Paradis) fears that the younger starlet will try to cash in on the off chance that the marriage doesn't work out."

Johnny Depp is reportedly worth around $350 million and Vanessa Paradis wants to make sure that their children are amply protected.

Nude photos of Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard were leaked online by iCloud hackers as part of "The Fappening." But the controversy hardly affected her career as she was cast in "Magic Mike XXL" opposite Channing Tatum.

She was even photographed in Savannah, Georgia while taking in the sights during the break in filming. During her sightseeing, she was snapped wearing the massive engagement ring that Johnny Depp gave her.

The actress actually has four movies lined up, including "Magic Mike XXL" with Channing Tatum, "The Adderall Diaries" with James Franco and Christian Slater, and "When I Live My Life Over Again" with Christopher Walken.

There's also "London Fields," which will see Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard co-starring with her beau and Billy Bob Thorton.
