For battery usage and camera specs, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 has a battery with a capacity of 4,450mAh, and it allows users to use it for 11 hours (multimedia) or listen to music for 96 hours.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 ont he other hand, comes with an 8000mAh battery which lasts 9 hours when use the device continuously.

The rear camera on the Samsung device is at 5MP (2560 x 1920pixels, autofocus, touch focus, face detection and geo tagging), and the front camera is 1.3MP, which users can record videos 720p@30fps. The Microsoft tablet has a 5MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with 1080p HD.
