"House of Cards" season 3 spoilers and news reveal that Frank Underwood will deal with a UN ambassador while the production team began filming in Maryland.

TVLine reported "House of Cards" season 3 spoilers and news as it revealed that Jenna Stern of "Law & Order" will join Frank Underwood in the third season.

"Stern - who has appeared on three Law & Order series playing a staggering seven different characters, including SVU judge Elana Barth - will play an ambassador at the United Nations," it said.

The report from Movie News Guide revealed "House Of Cards" Season 3 spoilers as it said that Kim Dickens of "Gone Girl" was added to the cast.

Kim Dickens has also appeared in hit shows "Lost," "Sons of Anarchy" and "Deadwood."

Although her role is recurring, not much is known about the character to be played by Kim Dickens.

"One of the writers of 'House of Cards' have been documenting bits and pieces of the production of show in Maryland on his Twitter account, and the cast is expected to start coming to the set in the next few weeks," Movie News Guide said.

Earlier, Baltimore's weekly City Paper dished "House of Cards" season 3 spoilers and news when it reported the appearance of the Russian punk group Pussy Riot in the show.

The publication noted that Maria Alyokhina and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova were on the Baltimore set of the show. It also talked to two sources in production who confirmed the "House of Cards" season 3 spoilers by revealing that the two female members of the band are indeed going to be guesting in season 3.

Previous reports claimed that Russia could be the main focus this season, just like the show touched on foreign diplomacy with China in season 2. Casting call for a role named Anto IVonovich was announced and the recurring character is described as "formidable and refined."
