Ryan Gosling has a new look and it could have been caused by his new role in life. The 33-year old actor is now the proud daddy of a cute baby girl. His girlfriend Eva Mendes recently gave birth and reports reveal that the two are busy being first-time parents.

A source told E! News, "They're both great, but exhausted." The insider added, "They know it's going to be a little while before the baby adjusts to a schedule." It's a good thing that both Ryan and Eva's mom were there to help the couple take care of Esmeralda Amada.

An insider revealed, "Ryan and Eva are getting more confident in doing things themselves." The actor is also very hands-on with their baby as he changes her diapers and puts her to sleep. Aww, that's really sweet of him. Any woman would fall for a guy like that.

After more than a month doing some daddy routine, we have finally seen Ryan Gosling's new look - and he looked like a different man because of his moustache. He was seen on the set of his latest movie "Nice Guys" and he rocked the 70s wardrobe.

A source told E! News, "Friday was the first day on set, it went 12-plus hours." The insider added, "They shot during the day and at night. Ryan was in good spirits, but seemed tired." It isn't easy taking care of a baby and at the same time shooting a film.

Maybe his facial hair was caused by his lack of time grooming his face or he could have grown it intentionally. But one thing's for sure - he is officially part of the hottest dads in Hollywood. There are rumors that "Nice Guys" could be his last film.

A few years ago, Ryan Gosling hinted that he will retire from acting once he had his own baby. He told London Times, "I'd like to be making babies but I'm not, so I'm making movies." He added, "When someone comes along, I don't think I'll be able to do both and I'm fine with that. I'll make movies until I make babies."

He may have changed his mind because we reported last time that Eva Mendes is planning to quit showbiz so he needs to work for his family. A source told OK! magazine, "She's so fed up with the fame game and couldn't think of anything worse than raising a child in LA." Their insider added, "Ryan's all for it and they're talking about ranches in Utah or Ojai."

Maybe after he made enough money, he will retire and raise his family in a quiet suburb. What do you think of Ryan Gosling's new look?
