YouTube sensation and international music artist Charice Pempengco, appeared on Oprah's "Where Are They Now?" season 5, 3rd episode.
The 3rd episode of Oprah's "Where Are They Now?" aired last Sunday, Oct. 19, at 9 p.m. Charice was one of the guests of the show.
The reality TV series showed the previous appearance of the YouTube pop star, Charice, including her perfomances in the US.
During the recent episode of "Oprah: Where Are They Now?," which aired on OWN, YouTube sensation and former Glee star Charice Pempengco was interviewed personally by Oprah. She discussed her journey after she announced she is gay.
Charice said, "Basically, my soul is like male. But I'm not going to go through that stage where I change everything."
As per People.com, the singer and actress, has gone through some significant appearance changes. Due to the changes on her appearance, many people speculated that aside from sexual orientation, a full gender transformation may be underway.
The YouTube artist clarified the issue. She said, "I'll cut my hair and wear boy clothes and everything, but that's all."
Pempengco said she discovered her gender and sexuality issues since when she was very young.
"I knew when I was 5," Pempengco tells Oprah of feeling different as a child. "Then, when I was 10, I was like, 'Oh, that's it, I'm gay.' " Charice clarified.
