Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard excitedly prepares in anticipation of their baby boy's delivery. According to E! News, the "19 Kids and Counting" star told them how the couple's getting ready for labor and delivery together. Reportedly, the two are attending Bradley method birth classes.
"We're taking Bradley [Method] birth classes right now," said Derick.
"Yeah, [it's] husband-coached childbirth," added Jill, "so that he can know how to help me in labor and in pregnancy-and that's what I want the most, is [for] him to be able to know what to do when that comes."
According to Christian Post, the "19 Kid and Counting" star opt to give birth at home.
"I think home birth is really special because you are in your own environment," she told People magazine. "You don't have to pick up, move and have that stall labor. I am looking forward to having the calm, intimate setting of being home."
Jill told E! News that when she's ready to deliver, "Derick will be my coach, as I like to say, so [he'll be] helping me through the process."
Examiner noted that the home where she'll have the baby is the first house that they have shared together as a married couple. Reportedly, she will be bringing in a trained mid-wife to help her.
People reported that the Dillards announced the baby's gender with a breakfast of waffles with syrup and whipped cream, fruit, chocolate milk and lemonade.
In a video previously posted online for her 19 Kids and Counting fans, Jill who is now on the second trimester, noted that this part of her pregnancy is a very exciting one since they'll get to know the gender of their baby.
"We're excited to feel the baby move, find out the gender, feel better," she said. "You're not super pregnant, yet... Yeah, it's exciting."
The couple tied the knot last June infront of more than 1000 guests.
