With Apple unveiling its newest product offering, users now ask which one among the Apple Watch vs. Samsung Gear S vs. Moto 360 is the best wearable device?

Folks over at Tech Times published a comparative review on the newest functional watches out in the market today.

Design

When it comes to the watch shape, the Apple Watch and Samsung Gear S are both rectangular, while the Moto 360 boasts of a circular face.

According to Tech Times, "The Moto 360 has been hailed as the most stylish smart watch on the market."

"The Apple Watch, on the other hand, is rectangular and a little bulkier. While it does come in two sizes, the design remains unchanged."

"The Samsung Gear S is rather bulky and makes use of a curved display with one single button underneath it. The wristband of the device is almost as wide as the watch itself and looks somewhat like an extension of the device."

When it comes to the overall look of these watches, all three mentioned offer a number of color, build and strap options.

The Apple Watch comes in three variants and in two different sizes, It also have a wide array of wristbands that users can choose from depending on their color and material preference.

The Moto 360 offers users with an option to go full metal or leather (in different colors) with their straps. The watch comes in two colors- black and silver.

"While the Gear S does have a number of options as far as color goes, it is nothing compared to the Apple Watch," says the Tech Times article.

Health Features

Among the Apple Watch vs. Samsung Gear S vs. Moto 360, the Apple Watch is the most fitness friendly.

"The Apple Watch is very fitness focused. In fact, there is even a version of the device specifically for fitness, called Watch Sport, one of the three editions the Watch is available in at its debut. It can also track steps taken, heart rate, and so on, but the addition of health and fitness apps puts it slightly ahead of the Moto 360 in this area. Again, third-party apps will likely give this device more use in the fitness market," says Tech Times.

On the other hand, Samsung Gear S is not too big with its health functions, but has some basic features including heart rate monitoring.
