According to the "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 2 spoilers from Fox News, Captain Ray Holt (Braugher) tells Jake (Adam Samberg) that the integrity of the department is under question.

"Apparently someone has been leaking classified information to a criminal syndicate," the captain informs Jake.

But Jake doesn't believe him and set out a question to prove the investigating body wrong.

"Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria is set to make her appearance on November 9 as the love interest of Jake in the episode titled "Jake and Sophia."

In the "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 2 spoilers from Entertainment Weekly, Jake will be smitten with Eva Longoria's Sophia but there's a problem: Jake wants her client jailed.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine executive producer Dan Goor explained to Entertainment Weekly: "Jake meets his match with Sophia-she's a whip-smart lawyer who some people might possibly consider to be attractive. There is sexual tension between the two characters, but there is also the reality that cops and defense attorneys hate each other. The question is: Will Jake sleep with the enemy?"
