Man dines with photo of late wife in an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Fremont, California.
People reported that onlookers couldn't help but be moved by the heart warming love story that is truly timeless and inspiring.
The Huffington Post reported via People, Madina Bashizadah, a fellow diner at Fremont's In-N-Out, was emotionally moved upon finding out what the photo on the man's dining table was about:
"The older gentleman was sitting down enjoying his meal and I noticed that he had a photo with him."
"Automatically, I assumed she wasn't here with us and I started tearing up because it was such a beautiful moment, but heartbreaking at the same time."
Bashizadah said.
Bashizadah shared a picture of a man as he dines with a photo of his late wife in Twitter.
She also shared details about the man and his endearing journey to love with his deceased wife, as reported in People:
We found out that she was his sweetheart, his wife, who passed away five years ago. They met at 17, but the war had kept them apart,"
"He had searched for her for 10 years and one day as he was telling his barber the story, the barber calls his daughter in and it ends up being her. They were married instantly and it lasted for 55 years until she passed. He takes her photo everywhere."
Several other patrons have also taken notice of the man as he dines with the photo of his late wife at the popular eatery. Like Bashizadah, they can only marvel with awe on the man's devotion to his other half, without letting death get in the way of doing so.
