Universal Pictures announced last Wednesday that the upcoming movie "Hail Caesar" release date is set for February 5, 2016.
The film is under the direction of Coen brothers (Joel Coen and Ethan Coen). The two siblings, Joel Coen and Ethan Coen, are Academy Award winning American film directors, screenwriters, producers, and editors.
The films that they worked on were "Blood Simple" (1984), "Barton Fink" (1991), "Fargo" (1996), "The Big Lebowski" (1998), "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" (2000), "No Country for Old Men" (2007), "A Serious Man" (2009), "True Grit" (2010), "Burn After Reading" (2008), and "Inside Llewyn Davis" (2013).
Aside from "Hail Caesar" release date announcement, the movie production also announced the celebrities who appeared in the film, namely George Clooney, Josh Brolin, Ralph Fiennes, Channing Tatum, Scarlett Johansson, Tilda Swinton, and Jonah Hill.
The 2016 film genre is comedy and the story centers on Hollywood fixer Eddie Mannix, which is played by "No Country For Old Men" actor, Josh Brolin.
The film synopsis provided by Slash Film reads,
"HAIL, CAESAR! follows a single day in the life of a studio fixer who is presented with plenty of problems to fix. The comedy is produced by the Coen brothers under their Mike Zoss Productions banner, with Working Title Films and Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan."
Coen Brothers have also participated on Angelina Jolie's film "Unbroken". This movie will hit US theaters on December 25, 2014. "Salt" actress, Jolie directed the film, while the film director brothers were the screenplay writers.
