Summary: Naruto has a goal to do: Reclaim the honor he lost when he was convicted of a serious crime he did not commit. He was found guilty in the attempt to gun down the Hidden Lightning Village leader and in the murder of Jonin from the Hidden Mist and Rock Villages. He was sent to Hozuki Castle, an inescapable prison.

Mui, the warden, immediately seals away his chakra so he will be prevented from rebelling. But Naruto is not the type to give up. He strategizes his escape. He also makes friends with other inmates, Maroi and Ryuzetsu. However, he's not that 100 percent trusting them as he wonders about their ulterior motives.

Masahiko Murata directed this Naruto full movie. Akira Higashiyama penned the screenplay. Character designers were Hirofumi Suzuki, Tetsuya Nishio, Koji Yabuno, and Hiroyuki Yamashita. Music is composed by Yaiba and Yasuharu Takanasahi.

"Naruto Shippuden the Movie: Blood Prison" is the fifth installment already. It hit the Japanese theaters on July 30, 2011. Viz Media released the English dub in North America to Blu-Ray and DVD just last February 2014.
