Bad news gaming fans! The release date of the Zombie MMO game, H1Z1 has been changed yet again.
According to reports from Kpopstarz, Sony will the delay the game due to the development of PS4 version of the game. The website further adds that H1Z1 is rumored to be showcased at the E3 2015 event next year.
Sony Online Entertainment President John Smedley made a statement regarding the H1Z1's development.
"Though Sony Online Entertainment has stated multiple times already that they were planning on bringing it to the PlayStation 4. Today, the studio confirmed that that will indeed be the case."
He further adds by saying.
"We're SONY Online, so we have a certain level of quality we like to achieve before putting a game out. And the fact is it doesn't go out until we are happy with it."
Cyberland has reported before that H1Z1 will be released on October this year, but since Sony has explained their case, gaming fans will just have to wait a little more.
Meanwhile, new game details for H1Z1 have been revealed.
According to reports from Christian Today, H1Z1 game developers will add 'a real-cash supply-drop' purchase option in the H1Z1 game. If this were added in the game, gamers can now purchase their desired items, and after paying the purchased items will be air-dropped in their play area.
During the Seattle PAX Prime event last September, senior designer Jimmy Whisenhunt confirmed that they are "seriously considering the airdrop inclusion."
"One of the things we're looking at is selling airdrops. We don't want to mess with the hardcore survival aspects, but ... once you order one, it spawns into the world."
Game Spresso further reports that even before its release, the zombie MMO game received good reviews during the PAX Prime event, and it is also dubbed as the 'Best Game to Mess with Your Friends' during the event.
H1Z1 is an upcoming Massively Multiplayer Online Game developed by Sony Online Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 and for the PC. The game is set in the United States during a zombie apocalypse were in players will have to interact with the resources in the world to survive, build shelters, and craft weapons against zombies.
