During the first movie, plenty of critics pointed out that there were several loose ends that the movie Now You See Me has left untied. Many speculated that this was intentional, as it would leave room for a sequel. True enough, a Now You See Me sequel is already in the workds, and it looks like the four main characters -- the Four Horsemen, as they are called in the movie will have fresh new faces joining them this time around.

It's been confirmed that Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe's Now You See Me casting has been finalized. Also joining the Now You See Me 2 cast is Lizzy Caplan of Mean Girls fame. According to the official announcement by Lionsgate, the two have been cast as brand new characters named Walter and Lula. But as to what the nature of their character is, and how they will be playing against the Four Horsemen, is yet to be seen. Another addition to the Now You See Me 2 cast is rising star Jay Chou, who is big in his native Taiwan as a singer actor.

According to Lionsgate, the new Now You See Me 2 plot will still follow the Four Horsemen and the events in this sequel will be set a year after the first film's story ended. They are reportedly taking on a life or death mission, after being recruited by an enemy to perform a daredevil heist.

All major characters will be back except for actress Isla Fisher. So expect to see Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Morgan Freeman, Woody Harrelson, Michael Caine, and David Franco to reprise their previous roles for Now You See Me 2.

The original movie, though critics were divided in their opinion of it proved to be a big box office success. It was made for only $ 75 million but grossed over $ 350,000 million in the worldwide box office. Now You See Me 2 is hoping to replicate or even exceed this success when it hits cinemas on June 2016.
