Ricki Lake and Christian Evans divorce is heating up! According to Radar Online's source, the former talk show host's estranged husband is "going after triple what he is granted in the existing prenuptial agreement!"

Reportedly, the original agreement between the two was to pay Evans $125,000 once the divorce is concluded. However the source said that it is not the case now.

"Ricki broke the prenuptial agreement the moment that she released her book," the source said, referring to "Never Say Never: Finding A Love That Fits" which became a 2012 best-seller.

"When this is all said and done, Christian is going to write a book of his own and it will be quite the tell-all!" the source revealed.

"Christian has hired famed divorce attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan because he wants at least triple what the original arrangement was. He is going after her for $300,000 to $500,000 for all of the emotional damage she has caused him since the split. Ricki made millions of dollars when she was married to him because he was the driving force for her getting her The New Ricki Lake Show, releasing a book that had him in it and doing Dancing with the Stars," the source told Radar.

According to E! Evans is Lake's second husband after having a breakup with Rob Sussman eight years beforehand. Reportedly, Lake told Huffington Post in 2012 that she had become "pretty cynical about marriage" before meeting Evans.

"Thankfully Christian came into my life and turned my life upside down. I have never felt as loved and nurtured and accepted as I am in this relationship," she said. "He's just opened my world. It's profound."

Radar Online's previous report noted that "things started to fall apart" when Evans went to Ibiza alone the week of Ricki's birthday. The couple seek professional help but reportedly the therapy didn't work for the two and decided to end their marriage.
