Fans who weren't able to make it to the trailer launch event at the Universal Studios last Saturday, tuned in to the "Fast and Furious 7" live stream on E! and Facebook. The one-hour special featured not only the much-anticipated trailer, but also other exciting footages and interviews. This is probably one of the biggest trailer launch events in Hollywood.
Vin Diesel and the rest of the cast arrived at the red carpet event and were greeted by the media and their fans. The trailer launch event was hosted by Maria Menounos and Terrence Jenkins and was aired live on E! Online. The hosts asked the "Furious 7" cast questions that were submitted by their fans.
Apart from Vin Diesel, who stars as Dominic Toretto, other cast members present during the panel interview include Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Jason Statham. Some of the interview highlights shown at the one-hour "Fast and Furious 7" live stream special were the relationship of the cast members and their reaction to the official trailer.
Vin Diesel told E!, "When you watch our movie, all the differences of skin tone and language go out the window." The 47-year old actor added, "All you see is family and that started with the brotherhood of Dom (Vin Diesel) and Brian (Paul Walker) and it has extended to Fast & Furious 7, where, when you think of family, you think of Fast & Furious."
The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star started getting emotional and said, "And it's touching because, you know, again, we lost such a special person, a special angel." Diesel added, "That was the beginning of that and allowed for us to have this multicultural brotherhood and family."
After the "Furious 7" trailer was shown, the cast shared their reaction to their fans. Michelle Rodriguez exclaimed "Cargasm!". Vin Diesel, on the other hand, said: "To be honest, I thought it was the best trailer I'd ever seen."
