Jep Robertson appears to be recovering quite well after his recent near-death experience. His wife, Jessica, even shared a photo of the two of them with huge smiles on their faces only weeks after his seizure incident.

Jessica wrote on Twitter, "Just because I'm happy may man is feeling better! So grateful I have my best friend back. @JepDuckman."

Only a day before Jessica posted on Twitter, the "Duck Dynasty" star wrote on his own Twitter account, "Feeling better, aw @JohnWickMovie today. Wow!! Old adage is true, 'u kill a killer's dog' #umostlikelywilldie #ilovekeanu."

Although he might be on his way to full recovery after his seizure, the 36-year-old reality TV star recently opened up to ABC News about his health scare. "I thought I was a goner," Jep Robertson shared. "I reached to get my bow and that's kind of the last I remember. I just crumpled to the ground and they said I had a seizure for, like, five minutes."

Robertson had to be placed under sedation and even tied down to his own bed at the hospital with life support equipment so that he could be treated with antibiotics for a possible infection that could have been triggered by the seizure.

The incident happened while Robertson was on a deer-hunting excursion in Louisiana on Sunday. He shared that he only remembers waking up four days later with no recollection at all about what happened. However, he did reveal that in the month that led up to the seizure incident, he started to mispronounce words and that he did not understand why.

Physicians believe that Jep Robertson suffered from a combination of Meningitis and Encephalitis, both conditions affect the brain.

Moreover, Robertson updated his fans and the fans of his show, "Duck Dynasty", regarding his condition on October 25th. He was pretty humorous with his message. He wrote, "Well, I about died this past Sunday. I'm doing much better now. Thanks for all the prayers! #seizuresuck #gladtobealive."
