Kelly Rowland baby news reported that the "Destiny's Child" member finally delivered her first child, a son, whom she gave a unique name.
According to a report from People, the R&B songstress issued a statement to officially announce the Kelly Rowland baby news.
Kelly Rowland's baby announcement read: "We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son! We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy!"
Kelly Rowland's baby boy was given the name Titan Jewell. The first-time mom said her husband, Tim Witherspoon, picked out the name. "It has to do with family" Kelly Rowland said about the baby name, reported by People.
Regarding dropping the extra pounds gained while she was pregnant, Kelly Rowland reportedly already planned her post-baby weight loss.
A source told UK magazine Closer: "Kelly has gained 42lbs. and blames her cravings", which reportedly included chicken, croissants with butter, pretzels stuffed with cheese and mustard, cake, and raw cookie dough.
According to a report from TV3, Kelly Rowland has reportedly hired Marco Borges, the trainer of her friend Beyoncé Knowles. The fitness expert reportedly played a big part in helping the "Single Ladies" singer lose her baby weight after giving birth to Blue Ivy in 2012.
"She's already hired Beyoncé's trainer and after her baby arrives she plans to go vegan and do the bootcamp-style workouts every morning, just like Beyoncé did," the insider told Closer.
The R&B songstress previously shared, reported by E!Online: "I can't wait until he gets here. I'm excited to bring a child into the world, and sharing that experience with my husband is probably the most beautiful part."
Kelly Rowland shared how she continued working out even while pregnant. She said: ""All the women that I've talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery. Exercise really helps that."
She added, reported by E!Online: "Everybody always tells you to go crazy with food, and you can eat whatever you want. It's fine to have your cravings but I wanted an easier delivery."
