Amanda Bynes has been using Twitter as her main outlet to express disappointment towards her parents who had been given conservatorship over their daughter.

As her parents are reportedly working on transferring the conservatorship to someone who can handle the 28-year-old's affairs, Amanda Bynes still hasn't stopped with holding back her anger towards Rick and Lynn Bynes.

"I'm so mad at my parents," wrote the former Nickelodeon actress on her Twitter account, according to the NY Daily News.

She continued, "They are withholding my belongings and money from me so I don't have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment. So until I get a different conservator i'll look terrible because I don't have enough to get new clothes or anything I need."

The "She's The Man" star further added, "In Parliament if you don't deny a slanderous or untrue statement it means the accuser is right."

The new conservatorship is reportedly being worked out in the hopes of getting Amanda Bynes back to her normal self and so she can get her relationship with her parents back on track.

"Her parents love her so much that they are willing to relinquish this little bit of control," a source told People magazine.

The insider continued, "Her mother being conservator is not doing her any good and Amanda is not progressing. They want someone she will respond to and work with. A professional conservator can live with her, have constant access to her and is quipped to deal with everything in a less emotional way and work with the parents, judge and doctor to do what's best for Amanda."

Amanda's mother will reportedly remain the official conservator for her daughter's estate and finances through early 2015 while the professional conservator would take care of the "Hairspray" actress' daily living needs. Bynes' parents reportedly plan to move to their home state of Texas, according to Bynes' lawyer David Esquibias.

"They want a good relationship with Amanda and are doing what is in Amanda's best interest. They love her and want what's best for her," a close source stated.
