Twitter Saves Amanda Bynes? Heidi Montag Randomly Offers Home To Troubled Former Actress

Being overtly active on Twitter may have actually found Amanda Bynes a place to stay.

Shortly after photos of the 28-year-old sleeping on a couch at The Beverly Center in Los Angeles surfaced, former "Hills" star Heidi Montag invited Amanda Bynes to stay at her place via Twitter, according to Ace Showbiz.

"You are more than welcome to crash in our guest house in Santa Barbara if you need somewhere to stay! DM me!," wrote Montag.

The "Hairspray" actress has been vocal about blaming her parents, Rick and Lynn Bynes, who are currently trying to divide the actress' conservatorship between her mother and a professional private fiduciary, for not having a place to stay.

"I was not given money for a hotel so I have been staying with friends and I didn't get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch at the beverly center and a paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me FYI!," wrote Amanda Bynes on her Twitter account.

She continued, "I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel. What is wrong with them? My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator because they don't deserve control over my money. They are miserable in their life and I will fight to get control of my finances taken away from them."

Bynes' mom reportedly won a court-ordered conservatorship while Bynes was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold in Pasadena last month, according to the NY Daily News. As the troubled star's parents attempt to transfer conservatorship to a mental health professional, they are reportedly considering a move to Texas to be near their other daughter.

"Her parents love her so much that they are willing to relinquish this little bit of control," a source told People magazine.

The insider added, "Her mother being conservator is not doing her any good and Amanda is not progressing. They want someone she will respond to and work with. A professional conservator can live with her, have constant access to her and is equipped to deal with everything in a less emotional way and work with the parents, judge and doctor to do what's best for Amanda."
