A judge ended Lindsay Lohan's probation for a 2011 necklace theft incident on Thursday, according to People magazine.

The judge ended Lindsay Lohan's probation following a positive community service performance and sufficient counselling, said James Dabney, a superior court judge.

Therapist Patricia Freebery stated in her letter sent to the Los Angeles Superior Court that "her client's participation in the London-based production of 'Speed-the-Plow' has contributed a lot to Lohan's desire for a better life"

As the judge ended Lindsay Lohan's probation for the necklace theft, the actress has allegedly "also complied with the government required therapy in lieu of her case in reckless driving and lying encounters with the police."

A letter sent to charity group, CSV ,stated that:

'"She related really well to young people and contributes a very different perspective because of her own life experiences that differ enormously from those of the young people" she is volunteering with."

Lindsay began her volunteer work for the agency in initial parts of October. She has already completed 75 hours of volunteer work for the charity group, bringing her completed volunteer work to 102 hours. She was required to do a 240 hour community service work, as reported by People.

Judge Dabney has noticed Lohan's desire to complete the hours of community service required of her to complete so she could put a close on the case.
