Asus Zenwatch official US release date is set for November 9, 2014. The Android wear watch will be sold for $199.
Based on The Verge Review, Asus Zenwatch is one of the more refined products powered by Google's wrist-worn OS. According to the publication, it'll be sold at Best Buy.
Asus boasts the elegant design of ZenWatch and its size of 1.6-inch. The screen is curved Super AMOLED with a sleek stainless steel frame that extends across the watch's rear casing.
Aside from aesthetic features, ZenWatch is powered by a Qualcomm chip and contains 4GB of storage along with 512MB of RAM. Asus also added a "tap tap" function. This feature is for easy tracking down the phone.
According to Pocket Lint, after launching the Asus android wear, it will be available on Google Play Store.
The upcoming gadget debuted at IFA 2014 in Berlin. After that, many teasers appeared from the company and its CEO and challenged a growing number of manufacturers trying to persuade us to buy a smartwatch.
The Android wear watch will come out with Android app. This will allow users to control the apps they have installed on the watch as well as change watch faces. However, users will need a compatible Android 4.3 smartphone or higher in order to make it work.
