Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard has his full trust as the "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" star reportedly refused to sign a prenup as a condition to their wedding, much to the consternation of ex Vanessa Paradis.
In a report from British Globe, as shared by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, "Johnny is planning on marrying Amber this coming December."
But there's a roadblock to their alleged wedding plans because his ex Vanessa Paradis wanted him to sign a prenup in order to protect their two children. However, Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard wouldn't hear of it.
And "since he (Johnny Depp) feels incredibly secure in their relationship, he sees absolutely no need for a prenuptial agreement," the report claimed.
The prenup has reportedly become the bone of contention between Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard and his ex, Vanessa Paradis.
The website explained that, "If Johnny and Amber have children and no prenup is in place, then Vanessa (Paradis) fears that the younger starlet will try to cash in on the off chance that the marriage doesn't work out."
Johnny Depp is reportedly worth around $350 million and Vanessa Paradis wants to make sure that their children are not left out in the dust.
In January this year, Star Magazine, per Celebitchy, reported that Vanessa Paradis was not about to let the prenup agreement go.
A source told the tabloid that after Johnny Depp popped the question in December last year, Vanessa Paradis is all focused on the making sure he won't spend all his money on the 27-year-old actress.
The source added: "She's always wanted to be rich and famous. And she left a four-year relationship with a woman for him. But Johnny doesn't want to do anything that may turn her off, such as asking her to sign a prenup. He's crazy about her and has chased her for a long time."
