The "Avengers 2" new extended trailer revealed many exciting things. In the previous trailer, we saw Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and the rest of the team goofing around when suddenly the new villain Ultron appeared in the scene.
James Spader's character was heard sending out creepy messages to the team. Ultron said, "I'm going to show you something beautiful." The villain added, "The whole world screaming for mercy." The footage of "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" also showed a lot of chaos and destruction.
Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) looked hopeless and said, "This is the end...the end of the path I started us on." But Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) remained positive and said, "Nothing lasts forever." Those scenes were also shown in the "Avengers 2" new extended trailer, but the intro was changed.
Instead of showing the superheroes having fun, they looked worried and prepared to go in a battle. Ultron showed up alone, but his army of robots suddenly attacked out of nowhere. Another scene that caught our attention was Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) touching the hands of Black Widow.
There have been rumors that the two will have a special relationship in the new sequel. During a reporter's set visit, the writer saw Black Widow firing on Ultron's army while Bruce Banner takes cover. Ruffalo explained the scene to Entertainment Weekly, "He's trying not to Hulk-out."
The 46-year old actor said, "He knows all the science of his body, what does anger, what does excitement do physiologically speaking." He added, "He knows what he has to do to do it while it's going down I'm just laying in there because I don't know how else to be. It's basically like she said: 'Do not go green.'"
Mark Ruffalo accidentally spilled out some spoilers. He said, "In their relationship, she protects him. She kind of becomes his bodyguard, in a weird way. He goes with it. I mean, Bruce, he's a pacifist, man." In a separate interview with IGN, the actor that plays Bruce Banner tries to dismiss all rumors.
He said, "Uhhh, we don't have a relation -- What kind of relationship?" Ruffalo looked at the Disney rep and jokingly said, "Did you tell them that? Okay, I'll play. I'll play along. Yeah, yeah. There's a really important relationship between ... [Laughs] I was just happy that I was in the movie at all! And any scenes that I got to be with [Johansson] were ... a big bonus."
