Dancing With The Stars Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Maks Chmerkovskiy was quick to plug his brother Val Chmerkovskiy and dancing partner Janel Parrish on the Good Morning Texas, morning show. While dancing around with the show's co-hosts, Maksim touted that Val and Janel are the team to beat at DWTS Season 19.
Dancing With The Stars Maksim Chmerkovskiy reportedly said "they have the best content, the most charisma, personality, whatever you want to call it." At the same time, Dancing With The Stars Maksim Chmerkovskiy was promoting his project - jewelry line Cantamessa.
Maksim did joke around with his ambitious dating attempts and the rumors which included two of his favorite gals Meryl Davis and Jennifer Lopez: "Am I dating all these women? Not at the same time" Adding, "I am a one woman at a time...And that one woman is...?" joked dancing champ Maks in a Wetpaint.com report.
"I left 'Dancing' to pursue anything because it was impossible to pursue anything while you were on the show," Maks said. He added, "It's very time consuming. It's a full-time job, year-round. It turns out that way, basically," Wetpaint reported.
Maks was on the Dancing with the Stars 14 seasons, winning out the Season 18 Crystal Ball trophy with dancing partner and Olympics skating champ Meryl Davis. Though the dancing duo has denied any romance between the two, they are rumored to have immense chemistry both on and off the dance floor, say online reports. He retired after his win last year, saying he wanted Meryl to be his last dancing partner and that she was a special person in his life. She is also believed to be associated with Maksim's career move into the jewelry and dance studio business.
Chmerkovskiy was quoted as saying by NJ Advance Media , "My classroom was 'Dancing with the Stars' for the last 10 years. People that I've met, regardless of our relationship - it could have been good or bad - it was something that I took away as the best part about this experience," adding, "There've been a lot of people that I've looked at and said this has been an amazing experience because of who that person is."
Right now, Maksim lives in New Jersey and is in the process of promoting the jewelry line, Cantamessa: "You gotta move on at a time where you're good and I'm good to move on," he said in an interview, reports NJ.com.
