According to Fashion & Style, the "Sexy Lady" rapper Yung Berg has assaulted his rumored girlfriend last week at the Gershwin Hotel in New York City.

The co-stars and rumored couple were staying in the hotel to film the season one reunion of the VH1 reality series.

A report from Crossmap.com said that the two were having a dinner when Yung Berg's credit card was declined. The rapper allegedly left Masika to pay the bill for him. The reality star then followed her rumored boyfriend in the hotel room to question him but Yung Berg started the attack.

Masika reportedly told the police, "He hit me and dragged me by my hair. He pinned me to the wall and grabbed me by my throat."

Yung Berg was then arrested and was charged with obstruction of breathing misdemeanor. He was also fired from the "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" show.

Meanwhile, the reality star Masika Kalysha took to her social media pages to thank her fans who supported her, though she did not clearly revealed any details about the assault issue.

She said in her Instagram page, "I can't say thank you enough for the love and support I've received. And thank you for respecting my privacy moving forward..."

The star posted this with an accompanying screen shot of a Twitter post which read, "Thank you for all the love and support. This is a personal matter & I will address it soon. In the meantime, I ask that my privacy be respected."

But Yung Berg, Masika Kalysha dating rumors continue as fans observed that the "Bad" singer still kept their photos in her social media pages.

On the other hand, Yung Berg also posted an Instagram photo of him and his girlfriend, which prompted more Yung Berg, Masika Kalysha dating rumors.
