Dancing with the Stars' Val Chmerkovskiy is beginning to seem like his brother Maksim more and more. Recent gossip news reports say that 'DWTS' Val Chmerkovskiy Dating (Pretty Little Liars fame) 'PLL' Janel Parrish, Val's dance partner on Dancing with the Stars Season 19.

Val Chmerkovskiy is dating his Season 19 partner, Janel Parrish.

As for Maksim Chmerkosvksiy, he has been spending a lot of time with Season 18 co-winner, Olympic skating champ, Meryl Davis. But not in vain since Maksim and Meryl are reuniting at the SWAY 2.0: A Dance Trilogy-this is going to be a special event in NYC and is slated to take place in mid-December of 2014.

Sometimes Maksim appears to be switching girlfriends all the time, sort of like Justin Bieber, but Val seems to be more subdued in his dating relationships. At times tabloid articles reveal that DWTS danding partners are in a relationship of some kind. But Val Chmerkovskiy and Pretty Little Liars star, Janel Parrish, seem to be more genuine and true to their word.

According to Hollywood Life, 'DWTS' Val Chmerkovskiy Dating 'PLL' Janel Parrish were reportedly seen kissing at a Halloween Party in Beverly Hills:

"Looks like Val and Janel are taking their possible romance to the next level!

"The DWTS couple kissed and held hands at a Halloween party on Oct. 24.

"These two totally acted like a couple on their night out. They donned matching Halloween costumes and it was pretty much the cutest thing ever."

Maks Chmerkovsky was quoted by WetPaint as saying, "he understands all the tongue-in-cheek innuendos that fly when they are together, but insists that their relationship is not romantic in nature: I know what comes with Meryl and Maks and all the talk and everything else."

He added in the report, "But she's a big part of my life now, and vice versa. We're very close friends, we hang out, we talk, we chat. "She's an amazing person. She's like a bionic superwoman."
