A new image for "The Last: Naruto The Movie" is revealed by Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in its 52nd issue. According to Anime News Network, the new image features Naruto and Hinata with the tagline: "Hinata, whose feelings didn't reach each other, their fates will now combine! A new visual arrives showing Naruto and Hinata following a road where they consider their future together."

It appears that the titular ninja is considering a future with Hinata. Will they be together? Reportedly, the magazine gave more information about the movie plot.

"[She's] always been thinking of Naruto since they were children. When Naruto finally notices her feelings, Hinata is defeated by Toneri! Their feelings pass by each other as Naruto has a big realization that he himself is the cause of this loss. For the sake of the future he should protect, Naruto begins his final battle. What are Naruto's thoughts as he looks at Hinata's sad face in profile?" the magazine stated.

Latin Times noted that the unpredictable ninja's heart belongs to Sakura, however, it has been previously reported that the latest artwork from the manga's movie suggests that Naruto might end up with Hinata. The sketch was derived from the CD cover art for Sukima Switch, a Japanese jazz duo who will play the theme song for the upcoming film.

Reportedly, the CD cover features Naruto and Hinata "sharing a rather sentimental moment in a quiet forest. What's more, this illustration is also the first glimpse of Hinata's latest full-body character design. As if the fact that Naruto and Hinata are spending time alone together is not enough, fans will be keen to know that the movie's tagline reads 'The final story is a first love.'"

Aside from the love story, this tenth movie will revolve to establishing the history of several adversaries including Madara, Naruto's childhood friend Sasuke and the background of the ten-tailed beast.

"The Last: Naruto The Movie" hits theaters in Japan on December 6.
