The actor from 'Parks And Recreation' said it was difficult to transfrom into an actio actor for example in the 'Guardians of the Galaxy. Chris Pratt told GQ,, however that he plans to stay with the same wight after losing 60 pounds on a tough fitness program and the Paleo diet.

Many celebs have turned to the Paleo diet, exclusively on poultry, fish, and vegetable-fruits like avocado. The diet also eliminates alcohol, and carbohydrates in the diet. Former President Clinton and Ann Hathaway are two other famous people who follow a strict Paleo diet.
