Apple Inc iPhone 6 Launch Date Too Late Compared To Apple Watch? Wozniak: 'Lot Of Wrists Out There'
According to TNS, the Apple 6 release will be the most challenging product for Apple Inc. Apple AAPL +1.44%. While both the Apple iPhone 6 and the iPhone plus are wonderful phablets, the 'big size screen' is nothing new.
But anallysts are now saying that Apple is too late to get into the phablet market and may not gain as much marketshare as expected. The reason being Samsung was quick to capitalizeon the phablet market with 66% in Hong Kong, South Korea and over 46% in the U.S. and Britain among big screen smartphones.
Here's where Apple comes in afte Samsung and othe Androids have had a go at the large screen phones. TNS global consultancy said in a Forbes report that the profit making via iPhone6 launch will be an arduous task.

Though initial sales of Iphone 6 have been impressive particularly in China, Wozniak says the handset should have been released sooner.
The 'giant' smartphone concept has been favored by consumers after the conventional Nokia-type handset fell in demand. And Apple has a notorious reputation for entering the market late and pounding rivals out of the way. But the success of this marketing strategy remains to be seen.
Wozniak, however, feels that the Apple Watch is a good idea and is a luxury fitness brand. "It's more distinctive than all the others," Wozniak was quoted as saying by in an online report. "And who knows? It might sell well. There are a lot of wrists out there."
